Rich came round and inspected the roof and submitted the quote on time, when he said he would. He was very friendly and gave clear comment on what he would do and what materials he would be using. He left me a sample as well and emailed information on the product which was really informative. He arrived on time and completed the job to a high standard with no inconvenience. The cost was very good as well. I have already recommended him to family and friends and will use him again in the future.

Richard did a very good job for us. He had quite a complicated roof structure to work on. We have an old cottage which we had extended and the original roof had a funny shape with a number of valley gutters with ups and downs, and it was a very hard space to work on. He also had to use a product that would match and blend with the slate tiles so not an easy job, but it looks absolutely fantastic. Although the recent heavy downpours, we haven't had a spot of damp. I was already pleased with the work when he finished but I was particularly impressed when Richard phoned me a couple of weeks after the work was finished to mention that he had noticed that we didn't have anything to stop the leaves blocking up the down pipes. He then went and bought a leaf guard, came around and fitted it for us which I thought was really above and beyond the call of duty. We would never had known unless he had told us, or we would have found out when it was all blocked up! Richard was extremely courteous, he did the work quickly and to a really good price. Richard would be our first port of call if any more work came up.

Richard has done 2 roofs for me; he put a new roof on my extension over the kitchen and replaced the flat roof on the boiler house. His workmanship is excellent. Rich gave me complete confidence in what he was doing, and worked hard to keep the price to a minimum without compromising on quality.
