There are many high performance bituminous membranes produced today and Robseal's trained teams are skilled in their installation.

The membranes are usually manufactured from a non-woven polyester which is very strong and flexible allowing for movement over larger roof areas. Application can be by 'pour and roll' or 'torch-on' each having specific benefits depending on roof type and/or speed of installation.

A cost efficient solution to the problems of leaking or tired bituminous roofs.

A three coat system comprising of a liquid bituminous solution which contains mineral fillers for longer life and fire retardancy, a reinforcing membrane of glass fibre or hessian brushed in with a second coat of the bituminous solution. A third and final coat of the bitumen is applied when the first two have 'cured'. This treatment can prolong the life of a roof by up to ten years.
