In the estimating and design office the overriding goal is to:

• Keep us competitive.
• Develop the correct design, to meet all the project requirements.
• To constantly up date our computerised estimating system, thus ensuring speedy delivery of your quotation.
• To assess, with the help of the Contracts Department staff, the performance and confirm the claims made for all new products as they come onto the UK market place.
• To start the ISO9000 quality chain that follows every contract from initial survey through to completed project and guarantee hand over.

This is why our new offices in Reading have been painstakingly chosen and equipped, to service a client base with demanding standards and constantly changing requirements.

Our contracts department is staffed by a team of dedicated professionals, all of them fully trained in their chosen profession, of contracts management, supervision, buying, health and safety and surveying. Between them they control the activities of 22 teams of roofing technicians, all of which, have been trained to meet Robseal's high quality standards. All of Robseal's site operatives are employed on a PAYE basis. In order to maintain the highest levels of quality, Robseal does not use labour only sub-contractors.
